US-Bangla plane catches fire while landing at TIA, rescue efforts ongoing

KATHMANDU: An aircraft of US-Bangla Airlines from Dhaka to Kathmandu has caught fire while landing at Tribhuvan International Airport on Monday.

More than 200 passengers are said to be on board the burning plane.

Efforts are ongoing to douse the burning plane and emergency respondents and ambulances are rushing to the site of incident, airport sources said.

Seven passengers were pulled out and rushed to the hospital while the fire-fighters are trying to rescue other remaining passengers, sources said.

카트만두 (Dhaka)에서 카트만두 (Kathmandu)까지 미국 - 방글라 항공 (Bangla Airlines)의 항공기가 월요일에 트리 부반 국제 공항에 착륙하면서 화재를 휩쓸었다.

200 명 이상의 승객이 불타는 비행기에 탑승했다고합니다.

불타는 비행기를 피하려고 노력 중이며 비상 사태 응답자와 구급차가 사고 현장으로 달려가고 있다고 공항 관계자는 전했다.

소식통에 따르면 소방관들이 나머지 다른 승객들을 구출하기 위해 7 명의 승객들을 끌어 내 병원으로 달려 들었다.
